Tj(max) for all logic parts is equal to the maximum storage temperature, 150C unless otherwise stated. For a full explanation, please see our frequently asked questions page.

For θjc I will have to submit a request for our thermal modelling team to generate those values. This can take up to two weeks, so please be patient.
