Hi Team,

Please let us double confirm if land pattern for SN74LS14NSR recommended by TI is below, just in case ?

There is no land pattern drawing for NS package in datasheet of SN74LS14NSR, but found CAD data in http://www.ti.com/product/SN74LS14/quality.

We need to provide our customer with a land pattern of SN74LS14NSR.

Hi Matt Watanabe san ,

I do not see the land pattern recommendation for the NS package looking into some of the other 14pin NS datasheets as well.

I would have to contact the packaging team to find out more on this.

The package team recommendations is to follow the IPC-7351 recommendations as attached.

Hi Shreyas,

Thank you for getting the land pattern. Is it possible to make PDF file including it ? We need to provide our cusotmer with official document including it.

If you need one week or more to make PDF version due to internal approval and so on, we'll use above screenshot to make PDF file.
