When OE is low, and DIR is high, so the signal should transfer from A to B, now if A port inpug signal is tristate, what's the output of B? High level? Low level or tristate? thanks

When DIR is high, A behaves like a normal CMOS input, which must not float. This error condition might be reported with smoke signals; see the FAQ.
