Please let me ask if the thermal pad of SN74AVC8T245RHL can be connected to GND. I believe that it should be OK but let me ask because there is no information in datasheet.

Hello Satoshi-san,

The thermal pad can be either connected to ground or left floating. This is true for all standard logic devices (SN74xxxxx) unless specifically stated otherwise in the datasheet.
