    Hi Shreenidhi,

    The device appears to be connected correctly for unidirectional translation from xBn to xAn, fanning out the signal 'SOC_SGMII_MDC' to the 4 'A' outputs. It looks like someone is concerned with ringing on the lines since they added 33 ohm resistors in series with each output. Perhaps they are long traces or wires?

    The bypass capacitors on each supply are appropriately sized.

    Just one question - why use a translator for what appears to be a job for a simple buffer?

    The SN74LVC125A has lower drive strength at 1.8 V, so you might get away without the resistors. (But its pins aren't arranged as nicely.)
