Hi team,

Customer wants to know our Low-level output voltage vs Low-level Current across temperature.

Do we have such data?

Test condition is VCCA=1.8V VCCB=3.3V

Hello Luke,

Here is some data I collected in the past for the TXS0101. It should be applicable to the TXS0104E. From my tests, there is not much variation over temperature. The largest factor in VOL is going to be the current through the pass transistor, which will be determined by the equivalent parallel resistance of the internal pull-ups and any external pull-ups.
