Hello

I would like to know which is the maximum data rate for this devices. On the different tables depending on VCCA and VCCB voltage values, the maximum data rate is 60Mbps, but on the first page, in the component description, it is written 110Mbps. So what is this maximum value?

Tables 6.11 to 6.15 specifiy the minimum data rate that is guaranteed to be reachable under the test conditions from section 7.1.

The 110 Mbps mentioned on the first page looks like a typical value than could be reached in the lab at 25 °C.

I agree your interpretation is right, the max data rate is specified as minimum guaranteed speed of operation below which it will be deemed as fail. I cannot certainly tell going by the lack of clarification on the datasheet that 110Mbps is typical measured in the lab .
I will have to look into it .

Hi Yimin ,

The characterization data indicates that the device could perform higher than the specified datarates. The max data rate in the datasheet spec is an indication that any device can perform up to a minimum of 60Mbps , but the nominal devices can perform much higher than 60Mbps at higher voltage nodes.
