Hi SHH,
This is a standard Schmitt-trigger inverter in Toshiba's equivalent for our DCK package (5 pin, 0.65mm pitch) that operates only from 4.5 to 5.5V.
A quick look on the parametrics table yields the only reasonable replacement part:
www.ti.com --> Logic --> Little Logic --> Products --> Gate Type: SCHMITT TRIGGER INVERTER --> VCC (Max) (V): >= 5.5V
The filtered table has two parts - one is a dual Schmitt-Trigger Inverter and the other is the single Schmitt-Trigger Inverter that you are looking for:
SN74LVC1G14-Q1
LVC does not have TTL-compatible inputs, and has faster (i.e., noisier) edges.
Why the Automotive filter?
Toshiba's SET is the equivalent of AHCT1G, so the direct replacement is SN74AHCT1G14DCK.
If TTL compatibility were not required, the TC7SH14FU (=SN74AHC1G14) would have been used instead.
But Toshiba has no alternative without AEC-Q100, so it's possible that this feature is not required. (And that "For detail information, please contact to our sales" remark implies that it isn't the default.)
Assuming no AEC-Q100, the only possible replacement is the AHCT part.
With AEC-Q100, there is no replacement.
