What exactly do you mean with "pull low logic"?

We would like to know how to IC internal work on input low to output low??

Like pass FET, or through the resistor....

As shown in the application report A Guide to Voltage Translation With TXS-Type Translators (SCEA044),it uses an N-channel pass-gate transistor, and other logic to speed up rising edges.
