Actually i have one question regarding level converter ic Sn74avc16t245.

What is the output of Sn74avc16t245 ? Is it totempole or open collector?

    Hi Dashrath,

    The SN74AVC16T245 has balanced push-pull CMOS outputs.  Given your two options, I would say 'totempole' is the closer type of output.

    In the future, you can determine this by looking at the 'Electrical Characteristics' table in the datasheet. If you see values for VOH and VOL, the part has a push-pull output. If there is only a VOL rating, then it is an open-drain or open-collector output (depending on technology family).
