LSF0108: rising / falling time check

Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you.

We have use LSF0108

We saw the rising time is slow, but falling time is normal.

We have tried to pull high side resistor from 1k to 330 ohm, looks have same phenomenon

Could you share your experience how to fix it?

    Hi Shu-Cheng,

    I have notified the appropriate applications engineer who will be back with you soon. In the interim, can you submit scope shots with both the 1k and 330 ohm as well as a schematic showing the LSF0108 and all connected devices? Loading on this device is very important to signal integrity.
