SN74LVC74A: Asking for the SN74LVC74APWRG4 unused pin

Hi Team,
Customer used SN74LVC74APWRG4. But custoemr only have used one D FIFO another D FIFO not used.
Can customer design to floating on second D FIFO(see my highlight yellow mark pin)?

I saw d/s page 13 mentioned the input pin cannot be floating. Will that impact if not using the 2nd D FIFO?

The resulting excessive power usage and oscillations affect the power lines, and thus the entire chip.

You must connect all unused inputs to a valid logic level, even if they are unused.

Hello,

As Clements mentioned, any unused inputs to the device must be at a valid logic level, either VCC or GND.
Any outputs may be left floating.
