Q. What is "Each VCC terminal" and what are "multiple VCC terminals"?

SN74LVC244A has only one VCC so I don't know exactly what meaning is.

I have four SN74LVC244A devices and connected same voltage source - 3.3V at VCC.

What is the recommended capacitor value?

Hello,

This is a standard statement placed in all TI Standard Logic device datasheets. Some of our devices have 2, 4 or even more Vcc and ground pins, so bypass capacitors are recommended at all of them. In the case of a device with a single Vcc, such as the SN74LVC244A, one bypass capacitor is sufficient.
