Dear Sirs,

I found that TXB0104 Voha (min) is Vcca-0.4V . When 1.8V to 3.3V application.

What's test condition could appear this Vcca-0.4V (1.8V-0.4V=1.4V) ??

Actually our another CPU Vih(min) is 1.5V higher than TXB0104 worse case 1.8V-0.4V .( Is there potential risk here ?? )

Need your help to clarify this spec concern. TKS !

Hello Terry,
The V_OHA is specified for a load of 20uA. Most logic circuits do not require anywhere near that much current at DC -- leakage is usually less than 1uA into a CMOS input.

Since there is a series 4kohm resistor on the TXB, the output voltage will be highly dependent on the load current. You shouldn't have any problems if your output is to a processor directly.
