Hello Johnny,

The LVC family should generally have transition rates faster than 10ns/V to ensure that there are no oscillations or significant dynamic current consumption.
In looking at older versions of this datasheet, the 10ns/V is correct for this device. Thank you for bringing this up. We will need to look into updating this datasheet to ensure that this specification is clear.

The following document is a great reference for transition rate issues and gives a good table as reference for typical transition rate timing for particular families.
