2, if can, A bus under the condition of high-impedance, B bus output level is high, low or high-impedance?

Hey Cris,
It's not clear what you are asking but this is an active low device for the enable. When OE is low, then the device is active and then there are two possible operational modes:
1) DIR is low, it sends the B channels into high-z so they function as inputs and data transmission goes from B to A. A channels will be low impedance outputs.
2) Alternatively, if DIR is held high then A channels are sent into high-z and function as inputs so that data transmission is from A to B. B channels will be low impedance outputs.
