choose SLL for (packaging group)

choose dgg for (package)

then high K for (JDEC guidlines)

you will see all your thermal values then you can click on plot for the max numbers.

That site only offers derating curve plots based on a definable number for junction temperature. I believe what you are looking for is the maximum allowable junction temperature.

I'm working on getting this info for you and will get back to you as soon as I know something.

The absolute max is 150C
