CD4040B: thermal resistance and junction temperature

Our customer are using CD4040BM96 (SOIC), he want to know the thermal resistance and junction temperature of this component? But I con't find this information in datasheet. Can you please provide this information?Thank you.

Hello Ricardo,
I have submitted a request to the thermal modelling team in TI to get these values for you (it will take several days to get the results), but I'm curious -- why do they need them? A CMOS counter isn't exactly a good device to drive a heavy load... if there's a concern about power consumption, I would probably recommend adding a separate chip to do the actual power delivery.

Can you tell me about the application?
