TXS0108E: Any problem if i connect open drain output

Hello Team,

I have a open drain output from optical module , is there any problem if i connect this open drain output to TXS0108E with a pull up resistor?

Hi Prasanna,
The TXS0108E has internal pull-up resistors (10 kohm) connected to each I/O pin. It would be best if you can utilize those resistors instead of adding an external one -- however the device will continue to function with an external pull-up resistor.
