Dear Sir,

SN74LVC8T245PWR  has using as a level shifter from 3.3V to 1.8V. My operating speed will be 10Mbps to 20Mbps.

Whether this device will support data rate.

    Hi Bharath,
    I would recommend switching to the SN74AVC8T245.

    The SN74LVC8T245 can definitely handle your application, however it has a maximum data rate around 75 Mbps for 1.8V operation. The SN74AVC8T245 is more optimized for 1.8V operation and can handle up to 320 Mbps.
