Asking for alt. solution to replace LTC6994

Hello,

We don't have an exact pin to pin solution, but we have a device that would work similarly. 

You should consider using the SN74LVC1G123 device. There is a typical application circuit in the datasheet which describes this solution.

In addition to the circuit below, the A or B inputs would require an RC filter to delay the input signal to trigger the device after an appropriate amount of time.
