Are there any IC 's performnces is similar with SN74AVC16T245DGGR and SN74LVTH16244ADGGR ,But there is intemal series resistance.

I didn't find it in selection manual, if yes,can you help to recommend? Thank you very much.

The devices we have with both bus-hold and output damping resistors are:

Unfortunately, the AVC family is not included in those.

Consider using Sn74AVCAH164245 or SN74AVCBH164245 which has the dynamic output impedance control circuitry (DOC) in them providing high drive with low impedance initially and high impedance later to reduce switching noise and overshoots.

The series resistors are built on silicon and are not trimmed after production, so their precision is rather low (I believe 10%-15%), however this isn't really an issue in this application. The impedance of the output stage changes based on Vcc. The damping resistors are there to somewhat dampen oscillations and overshoot, not to give a perfect 50ohm match.
