hi dear supporting team,
what's the max junction temp of SN74LVC573APWR? there is no information in d/s. and from calculation, the max power consumption at 3.6V is only 0.036mW, is this correct? tks!

Hi Vera,
For logic devices, the maximum junction temperature is equal to the maximum storage temperature - typically 150C (unless it is specified on the datasheet as something else).
If you want to know the maximum power consumption based on thermals, it would be ~634 mW assuming the worst case operation at 85C.
This is found by taking the maximum temperature rise allowed (150C - 85C) = 65C and diving it by θJA
This number doesn't necessarily reflect what the device can do, however, since the absolute maximum ratings must be observed.
