Is the PN SN74AVCH245 the faster Level shifter from 1.5V to 1.8V.

I need to translate Voltage on RGMII (from 1.5V to 1.8) and so I need at least 150-200MHz of frequency on the Level shifter.

Hi Edoardo ,

This is the faster translation family as compared to the LVC family. The LVC cannot work at 1.5V level.
With Vih of 1.5V , the SN74AUP2G34 can also satisfy the requirements for translation. However , do you need direction controlled , dual supply voltage translation device ?

Hi,

no, I don't need direction control pin (signal). I need unidirectional level shifter, but I have not found the unidirectional device.

Do you have with the same speed characteristics?

Hi Edoardo ,

SN74AUP1T34 is unidirectional translator which has 190Mhz data rate @3.3V.
will this work ? operating at 1.8V with 200Mhz is most likely not possible with the existing translation devices.

considering the translation from 1.5V to 1.8V, SN74AVCH2T45 seems to me faster than SN74AUP1T34; or I'm wrong?

The SN74AVCH2T45/SN74AVC2T45 is faster than the AUP1T34.
