SN74LS294: Looking for an alternative with Lower Minimum VCC

Our design needs to divide a frequency of 30 Mhz by 16. The entire circuit operates at 3.3 V. Please help me with selecting a product that fits in the requirement. SN74LS294 has a minimum Vcc requirement of 4.75 V.

    If you just need to divide by 16, then you just need 2^4 division, and therefore you just need something like a 4 bit counter.

    I would recommend looking at the following device: http://www.ti.com/product/sn74lv163a

    This device supports a wider voltage range, including 3.3V, and should be able to do exactly what you need. 

    If you feed the 30MHz signal into the CLK input then the QD output will be a 2^4 division of the input clock.
