My customer is using the TXS0108E now. They have finished the layout. But the datasheet says the VCCA <VCCB. Can we use the device with VCCA(3.3V), VCCA(1.8v)? Thanks.
The datasheet says so not just to annoy users, but for technical reasons.
As far as I can see, if VCCB < VCCA, a current will flow through the pass transistor's body diode, and the two pull-up resistors will form a voltage divider.
