Is my understanding correct that the output port Y is Hi-Z as supporting the partial-power-down mode operation even if applying VCC=0V, input port A=3.3V and input port OE port=3.3V to SN74AUP1G126 ?
I believe that a large current doesn't flow to the output port if not supplying the power supply voltage to SN74AUP1G126 and adding the external voltage to the output port Y.
