SN74LV4T125: Partial-Power-Down Mode

Hi,

Is my understanding correct that the output port xY isn't Hi-Z as not supporting the partial-power-down mode operation if applying VCC=0V, input ports xA=3.3V and input port /xOE ports=0V to SN74LV4T125 ?
I believe that a large current flows to the output ports if not supplying the power supply voltage to SN74LV4T125 and adding the external voltage to the output ports xY.

Hi Kato,

The SN74LV4T125 has I_off specified, also called partial power-down protection. This means that if V_CC is forced to 0V, then the outputs will be put into a high-impedance mode, allowing a maximum of 5μA of leakage current (specified in the datasheet as 'I_off')
