CD4013B: Is there a version of the 4013 that triggers on the negative flank of the clock ?

I need a latched D flip flop and the 4013 looks to be exactly what I need _except_ that I need to trigger it on the negative flank of the clock. 4013 triggers on positive flank.

I can NOT add an inverter IC to accomplish this, I need a single chip to do it....so I hope there is a TI chip with the same functions but just triggered on the falling flank.

Hello,

Is there a reason why you can't use two devices to perform this function. Is it board space?
If so, I am sure I could come up with a two chip solution that is smaller (i.e. SN74LVC1G74 and SN74LVC1G04)

Anyway, unfortunately, the only negative edge triggered flip flops we have are the JK flip flops, which you can find on our parametric search here:

Yes indeed it's about board space but even more relevant as few parts as possible, but I guess your suggestion would work OK. Thanks !

Oops, I see now that I failed to mention that I need a master-slave D flip flop...exactly like this:

I want to sync a mechanical switch to a signal that is normally high but gives a short negative pulse 50 or 60 times per second. So I want to use that pulsed signal as the clock. The triggering really has to be done at the negative going flank because that short pulse halts the microprocessor for the duration of that pulse.

I think I can go with a 4013 and the inverter you suggested (SN74LVC1G04).
