TXS0206: May TXS0206 have re-driver capability?

Hi Sir

My customer have much long trace between processor and SD card.

and want add re-driver between processor and SD card. i just find TXS0206 in this kind application.

May TXS0206 have re-driver capability? or have other suggestion part?

    Hi Chen,
    I'm afraid the TXS doesn't add drive strength exactly. You will need to use a unidirectional or direction controlled solution for that.

    I search the similar part just SN74AVCA406E for SD interface, but the part also have no show driver capability...

    So, we should have no SD re-driver ic, right?

    It looks like the SN74AVCA406E has direction controlled signals, which is a good thing if you want to add a signal redriver.

    You would still need a separate translator if you are converting from one level to another, but a transceiver could be used to add drive strength. An example device for 3.3V operation would be SN74LVC245A. You just need to provide the appropriate direction control bit to the device.
