We have a customer who is asking the following:
"Hi, We bought some SNJ54LS240W from a distributor. However, we have some problems with it.
We tested the part and all the parameters was OK. But when we welded it to the board, it couldn't pass the test and caused the short circuit. The resistance between the 19th leads and the 20th leads became very low. The normal resistance should be above 140Ω, but the parameters we got were 97Ω、7Ω、30Ω、9Ω.
We doubt the parts were not welded properly. Could you send us the instruction manual of usage?

We sent a datasheet, which they replied:
"Thanks for the datasheet. However, we would need the guidance of the usage for this item,especially the standard welding methods.
Please help to provide. Thank you."
I am not finding info on installing a Ceramic Flat Pack device. Many of our other devices have datasheets with recommended reflow profiles, however, I am not finding anything for this.
Could someone please have a look into this?
