The data sheet for SN74LVC1G18 (YZP package) uses pins labeled 1,2,3,... for the pinout on page 1, but the mechanical drawing of the BGA balls are labeled with A1, A2, B1, etc.
Does S map to A1, GND to B1, A to C1, etc?
