 One of our customers is looking for a logic device which has same function as SN74HCT540 with IOFF function, 5V VCC range and TTL input range?

 Could you please tell me the part number if TI has the logic device?

    The SN74LV541AT has all these characteristics, except that it is non-inverting.

    The only device with the same pinout is the SN74ABT540, but its outputs also have TTL levels (i.e., a lower high level).

    In a different pinout, you could use 2× SN74LV4T125; or combine the SN74HCT540 with the SN74LV244A.
