I tried get IBIS model in SN74LVC16245A's product page, however I can't get the IBIS model.

    You should be able to get the ibis model from this link:
    proddms.itg.ti.com/.../scem230.ibs

    Please let me know if you have any trouble.

    I am sorry that time has passed since last time.

    I recieved a new question about IBIS model of SN74LVC16245A.

    Our customer confirmed it,however they didn't found the  IBIS model for "SN74LVC16245AZQLR(56pin BGA)".

    Can they use IBIS model of GQL package(48pin BGA) instead of ZQL package?

    If they can't it, could you please send me the  IBIS model of SN74LVC16245AZQLR(56pin BGA package)?

    The difference in package parasitics from the ZQL to the GQL package is very minimal, especially when considering the relatively slow operating frequencies of these logic devices (~100MHz max). The GQL model should be sufficient for system simulation.
