Please confirm that it is ok to power the SN74LVC4245A device up with OE/n tied to ground
There is power up guidance in the datasheet & an app note that indicates VCCA should come up first with a pull-up tied to OE/n. It is not clear how if the OE/n pin can be grounded during power-up. If the OE/n pin must go high with VCCA, please provide a timing requirement for pulling OE/n low.
In the present application, the device is only being used for one-way level translation & buffering (3.3V on Vccb -> 5V on Vcca), the DIR pin will be tied low.
