SN74AUC1G08: SN74AUC1G08 / IBIS model show strange VI characteristics

Hi,

Now the customer evaluate SN74AUC1G08 by using its IBIS model, then they found strange VI characteristics at Pulldown and Pullup of AUC1G08_OUT_18 as attached. We usually see the linear VI characteristic but this does not has linearity. Can you please explain why this model show such strange characteristics?

    When I look at the IV characteristic of the device in the range that the device is rated for (up to about 9 mA), it shows that the device response is linear.

    Within the range that this device is to be used, it looks like it should be responding correctly:
