Is there any similar part (SOT6 package) which is qualified at JESD22-A114E which exceed 8kV?

Unfortunately we don't have one in the same package, however, we have another device that meets the spec and is close to what you are looking for.
The SN74AVC2T45 meets 8kV HBM and has a few different package options.
