Dual bus buffer from 3.3V to 5V with single supply

Hi,

The customer is looking for the dual bus buffer from 3.3V to 5V with single supply. For example at SN74LVC2G125, to output 5V, the Vcc need to be 5V then the minimum VIH will be 3.5V (0.7V x 5V). This can't be used for 3.3V input. So please let me know if you have the bus buffer for this purpose. Actually the customer want to replace TC7WT125FU from Toshiba.

Hello Satoshi-san,

We have a couple of different options that could be used to replace this time.
We have a 1-channel device that can do up translation with a single supply.

We also have a 4 channel device that works as well:
www.ti.com/.../sn74lv4t125

Unfortunately, we don't have a 2-channel version as a drop in replacement, so hopefully one of these two devices will work in this application.
