We need to interface between a 3.3v logic signal driven by a regulated 3.3v supply which is mated to a 3. 3v - 2.0v battery system. As the battery discharges over time we need to be maintain the logical signal connection. There are 2 signals and they are uni-directional. We have tried a mosfet but can't seem to get the biasing right and it takes a number of descrete components. Can anyone please recommend an IC? The data rates are slow < 50Kb / sec. Thanks.
