Now, to get to the answer of your question. I'm afraid that in this particular case that I don't have a specific value to give you. The device isn't specified to a maximum frequency. We typically recommend this device for slower speed (under 100 MHz) signals. The AUP family is primarily targeted at low power applications rather than high speed.
If you're after something faster, the SN74AVC1T45 is recommended to 500 Mbps for 1.8V to 3.3V translation. We also have a number of other gates that could work for translation depending on the specific application.
