The SN74LVC8T245 can support 50 MHz under most conditions.

Can you tell me about your application?
What type/value of load is the device driving?
What voltages are the supplies set to?

It is for avionics application.

The level translation will be 1.8V from FPGA to 3.3V for RF bus that communicates with RF modules

Hey Girish,
My apologies for the confusion -- when I say 'application' I mean to say "circuit" -- I am trying to determine if your loading conditions and input signal will be capable of supporting the desired frequency.

Is that RF bus a sinusoidal signal? These devices are designed for square waves only (ie the edges have to be fast).
