Hi,

Currently we are using "SN74LV244APWRG3" Part number in our design. In some of the boards ,after some days it is getting degraded and getting failed. Please find the attached image below which describes the problem.

Please let us know the resolution and root cause for this problem in your earliest time

    Hi Manoj,
    It appears that your image did not post.

    To "virtually troubleshoot" and issue I will need to know as much about the application as you can tell me - what signals are being put into the device, what load is being driven (preferably oscope shots of both before and after a failure). I would also need a schematic to see what is connected to the device.
