Hi Team,

If our device can work at 14.5ns/V rise time? Since the device has passed full temp testing under 14.5nv/s input signal condition. If it is guaranteed ?

Hi Lilian,
What is guaranteed is what is listed in the datasheet: 5 ns/V.

Hi Emrys,

Since the design is fixed, but the rise time is 14.5ns/V, if our device can't support, there will be a risk that we will lose the socket.

If it is possible to help to evaluate the risk of running at this rise time?

How is this rise time being measured -- ie what type of probe is being used? It's very common for logic signals to be on extremely low capacitance traces (ie < 5pF) and many probes add 10+ pf of capacitance when attached. It's possible that the observed edge rate is not the actual edge rate being seen by the device during normal operation.
