SN74LV4T125: Recommendation for thermal pad - Connect to GND or Leave Floating

Hi

I'm almost certain that the SN74LV4T125RGYR requires that the Thermal pad is connected to GND, but I cannot see where this is stated from the Datasheet.

Can some one verify that it must be connected to GND or left floating?
