TXS0101: Propagation Delay Variation on Level Translator

The TXS0101 datasheet has a MAX propagation delay spec (3.3ns). Is there a minimum delay spec as well? I need the variation of propagation delay from device to device to be less than 2ns in order to minimize board to board variation. If the TXS0101 does not have that capability, is there a part that does have that small of a variation?

Specs:

5V to 3.3V Level Translator

Unidirectional (Direction controlled or bi-directional would probably be fine if it met the other specs)
