Hi Team,

My customer now is evaluating our SN74LVC8T245-q1 in new project. Schematic as below:

Configuration is B data to A. But when customer test, it was found that B1-B3 are low voltage, while A1-A3 are high voltage. A1-A3 connected to MCU with input pins configured as input and customer confirm this. So can you help check why it is? Thanks a lot!

    Hi Sulyn ,

    Is there any scope shots of the input, Vcca Vccb, DIR pins? There is a 10k resistor in the DIR pin which may be incorrectly populated and could be short to gnd.what are the levels of the input signal w.r.t to VccA ?
    what about the other output pins, have they got the same issue?
    Is this happening on single device/board or multiple devices/boards as well?
