TXS0108E: level shift for RGMII clock and signal(125Mhz)

Hi team,

My customer has a requirement to do level shift for RGMII clock and signal(125Mhz).

 The specific requirements:

 3.3v to 1.8v(1.8v to 3.3v)

1. More than 7 bit
2. Delay <200ps
3. >125Mhz

 Do you have some recommend devices?
