LSF0108: different between GTL2003

Hi Sir,

As title, we know the different are one is MOS type and another is SW type

But we would like to know the different from application side.

Could you share the experience?

    Hello Shu-Cheng,
    These two devices operate exactly the same, and so the application of these two devices is exactly the same. The differences are in the datasheet specifications.

    At the high level, the LSF0108 is rated to operate up to 100 MHz and the SN74GTL2003 is rated only to 50 MHz.
