You can view all IBIS models available here: http://elabmodeling.itg.ti.com/ModelPipelineIbisFinished.aspx . The CD54AC157 is not on this list, so you can submit a request here: http://elabmodeling.itg.ti.com/ModelRequestSurvey.aspx .

Also note this webpage has WEBENCH and other model information, as you may need.
