Could you please let me know the structure difference between SN74AHCT74 and SN74HCT74?
I found the following document. I found the difference of switching characteristics  but there is no structure difference.

    Can you tell me about your application? What is the driving requirement for learning this?

    The AHC family of devices was released after the HC family and was designed to improve upon the switching characteristics of the HC device.

    The internal structure of these devices is not released for the public.
